Our clean, clear, dripless and odourless formula helps protect vehicles from salt, brine, moisture and harsh winter weather. It creeps into seams, welds, brake lines, frames and hidden cavities without leaving behind a heavy buildup or constant dripping.

One jug will typically treat one vehicle. Coverage may vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle and how heavily the product is applied.

Our Recommended Kit for a Complete DIY Application

This deluxe kit combines one jug of RUST CURE Formula 3000 with our professional RP-460HD Applicator, nozzles and wands.

The RP-460HD provides better spray control and makes it easier to apply Formula 3000 evenly across the underside of a vehicle. The spray tip and flexible wand help reach inside frames, rocker panels, doors and other hidden areas that are difficult to access with a basic cup gun.

A quick coupler allows you to change between the nozzle and wand quickly while working.

The Latest Technology in Rustproofing

RUST CURE Formula 3000 is made from a blend of 99.9% pure mineral oils and our proprietary CSC850 rust inhibitor.

Through our Polar Conduction Technology, the formula is attracted to exposed metal and areas where it has not yet bonded. Like a magnet to steel, it creeps into hard to reach areas and bonds with the metal to create a new layer of protection.

Active rust inhibitors and moisture displacers leave behind a soft, self-healing protective film that remains effective for up to 18 months.

Application

Apply liberally to anything that requires corrosion protection and/or lubrication. Allow the product time to creep and penetrate into hidden and hard to reach areas. Periodic applications, such as annually, provide maximum protection. Sprays best when product is warm. Do not spray directly on soft rubber. If sprayed, wipe off excess with a rag.

RUST CURE Formula 3000 can also be used to protect and lubricate farm equipment, trailers, boats, garden equipment, snow machines, hinges, locks and other equipment exposed to moisture and the elements.

Warranty Information

The Corrosion FREE vehicle warranty is available when the application is completed by a Certified Corrosion FREE Zone. DIY product applications do not qualify for the vehicle warranty.
